Born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, Amelia comes from a family of Interior Designers. It all started with her Grandfather Saviour Schembri who was a Furniture Designer for Randolph and Hein. He was commissioned to create furniture for Madonna's personal residence in Los Angeles, many NBA players as well as TV sets like Falcon Crest (just to name a few). It was through his teaching of textiles and furniture design that her interest was sparked.  Amelia has over 30 years in the Real Estate Industry ranging from Title & Escrow Management as well as a successful investor of several profitable short term rentals in the states and abroad. She has a keen sense of the industry as a whole from the legalities of permits and lot lines, mixed with an eye for design. She can help guide you through the whole process whether it is a full remodel, refreshing your home or just in need of some organization.
